Smoked Salmon & Avocado Salad with Soya Sambal Dressing
A speedy salad to prepare with great texture and taste.
Enjoy the 'kick' of chilies, lime and soya.
For those with concerns over allergy, simply discard the white sesame seeds. Roasted almond flakes are an alternative.
Serves 4
Ingredients:

1 medium bag of mixed baby salad leaves

20 gr radish, sliced thinly

2 avocados
-
100gr smoked salmon
-
1 tablespoon roasted white sesame seeds (optional)

For the Soya Sambal dressing:

30ml light soya sauce
-
15-20ml lime juice

3-4 red birds eye chilies, chopped finely
Steps:

For the dressing: mix all the ingredients well and set aside.​

For the avocados: cut into half, remove the stone, peel and slice into ½ cm sections

Serve: place the baby salad leaves on a large plate, add slices of radish and smoked salmon. Drizzle the salad dressing and sprinkle with toasted white sesame. seeds (or roasted almonds).
