Last Minute Avocado Pudding
Alpukat Dengan Saus Coklat
This idea is inspired by a traditional Indonesian avocado and chocolate smoothie.
In this version, the texture is like a mousse. If you need a dessert at the last minute, this is it! This Brûlée has the texture of mousse and should be made no more than half an hour before serving.
Serves 4 - 6
Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

100ml full cream milk

2 tbsp sugar

50g chilled butter

100g dark choclate, 70% coca

200ml single cream
Steps:

Heat the single cream until simmering, add the chocolate and stir until melted. Set aside to cool.

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the stones.

Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and mix in a blender.

Add the sugar and milk to the avocado blend and mix for a few minutes until you have a mousse‐like texture.

Swirl the chocolate ganache around the inside of the glasses.

Pour the avocado mixture into the glasses and swirl more chocolate ganache on top, repeat until the glass is full.

You may chill in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes and serve.
