Give your tastebuds a tour

of Indonesia's Spice islands!

Welcome to the world of modern Indonesian cuisine.

My aim is simple: to ensure Indonesian recipes and ingredients including herbs and spices can be enjoyed by everyone.

There are so many interesting Indonesian dishes to try whether for a dinner party at home or eating out. Formal, fusion, street food, picnics, canapés or cocktails, something familiar or traditional, something new and different, it's time to try the food of the world's largest archipelago.

Please enjoy exploring this website and feel free to give comments via the blog section.

'Selamat makan!'
